Client Technologies Manager

Improves desktop hardware and software processes and supports critical business strategies by managing the development, installation, vendor selection, maintenance and repair of desktop equipment. Leads multiple projects and oversees technical staff to ensure that client specifications are met. Requires a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Microsoft Certification required.

Disaster Recovery Analyst

Assists in administration, maintaining, developing and implementing policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of client databases and quality assurance for disaster recovery. Acts as an aid to all aspects of the client’s disaster recovery and resumption plans. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area and 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a manager. Microsoft Certification required.

Help Desk Manager

Manages a team of support personnel who troubleshoot IT issues. Implements policies and procedures regarding how problems are identified, received, documented, distributed, and corrected. Ensures maximum issue resolutions in minimum time. Evaluates new information systems products or services and suggests changes to existing products or services to better aide the end user. Requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Microsoft Certification required.

IS Security Manager

Responsible for developing and managing Information Systems security, including disaster recovery, database protection and software development. Manages IT security analysts to ensure that all applications are functional and secure. Requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Microsoft or Cisco Certification required

Network Administrator 

Sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external networks. Develops and maintains all systems, applications, security, and network configurations. Troubleshoots network performance issues and creates and maintains a disaster recovery plan. Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment. Provides technical support and guidance to users. May require a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Microsoft Certification required.

Network Planning Analyst 

Reviews, plans, and evaluates network systems. Provides documentation/project tracking and management reporting. Provides tactical and strategic input on overall network planning and related projects. Requires a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Microsoft or Cisco Certification required.

Top Network Planning Executive

Ensures the best use of an organization’s network resources by defining and planning an organization’s network system goals. Determines need for new products and systems based on budget, client needs, and improvements in technology. May work closely with several functional areas in an organization to ensure that the network is meeting the expectations of clients. Requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience in the field. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Microsoft Certification required.

Business Development Officer

Develops and implements select customer referral strategies in order to increase client satisfaction and portfolio growth for mid-sized business. Responsible for initial relationship and follow-up with prospects. May require a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to the VP of Business Development.
